We do the design and the machine programming ourselves.
Tooling and fixture design, 3D modelling and every machine program are prepared in house with Siemens NX. The dimension in the design and the toolpath that reaches the machine come from the same model.

Send a PDF or DWG technical drawing and we create the 3D model, so you do not need a separate supplier to draw it for you.
Manufacturability feedback
At the quotation stage your part is reviewed with a manufacturing eye, and anything that would make production harder is reported to you before manufacturing starts.

Programming
Toolpaths are prepared and checked before production, not at the machine.
5-axis toolpaths
Simultaneous 5-axis toolpaths for complex surfaces are generated from the 3D model of the part.
Turning programs
Turning programs for rotational parts are written by the same team, again from the 3D model of the part.
Simulation before the machine
Every program is simulated before it runs; collisions between tool, setup and fixture are seen on screen before the job reaches the machine.
Every machine in one environment
Programs for turning, vertical machining and 5-axis machines come out of the same environment; whichever machine the job lands on, the method stays the same.

Measurement during production and before shipment
Parts are checked during machining, and before shipment each part is verified in 3D on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Permanent traceability
Each part is laser marked with a serial number, lot code and DataMatrix code, so its batch remains identifiable in the field.
